Position Overview

The role of the Cleaning Operations Supervisor at 2793588 Ontario Inc is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within our facilities. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage and lead a team of cleaning personnel.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning staff to ensure optimal performance
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services
  • Receive payments for specialized cleaning tasks
  • Assist cleaning staff in executing their duties as needed
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficiency
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
