Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Cleaning Operations Supervisor** to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within our facilities. This role is crucial in maintaining a healthy and welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or arrange for their training.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services as needed, including painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services.
  • Receive payments for specialized cleaning tasks.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as required.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of **5-10 individuals**.

Security and Safety Requirements
  • Must be bondable.
  • Criminal record check is required.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding role involving a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
