Barista Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Second Cup. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as sandwiches and salads.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Inventory Management: Restock supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning materials.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Our fast-paced environment requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Barista at Second Cup, you will be working in a physically demanding role that involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
