Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including pastries, sandwiches, and salads.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, counters, and surrounding areas.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of coffee, syrups, and other supplies to ensure that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, and standing for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and team player.
Work Conditions:

Our coffee shop is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Barista, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of coffee and supplies.
