About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Second Cup. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee drinks.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, customer seating area, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of coffee, tea, and other supplies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks. The weight handling requirement is up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
