Aerospace Engineer for Cabin Definition Integration

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our team as a Cabin Definition Integration Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and integrating cabin systems and components for our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the focal point for cabin engineering activities, working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Prepare and review engineering documentation to support design activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Define technical requirements and participate in strategic planning to meet program needs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they understand and follow Bombardier's processes and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for product and process improvement, and propose solutions to reduce cycle time, improve production efficiency, and reduce weight.
- Review specifications for accuracy and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Support Program Change Requests (PCRs) and coordinate technical integration meetings.
- Participate in aircraft go-and-see activities to assess build or installation issues.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and upper management.
- Validate certification documents to ensure design compliance with regulations.
- Act as a technical leader and transfer knowledge through coaching and mentoring within the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- More than 10 years of relevant technical experience in aircraft interiors completions, with a focus on cabin engineering.
- Experience with Catia/Enovia and Teamcenter/NX (GSD, Assy, Part Body, Drafting, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex engineering issues.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
