Job Title: Finish Carpenter

Elid Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in various settings
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, noisy environments, and with dusty conditions
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:

Our team works in various locations, including construction sites, residential areas, and institutional settings. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
