About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at BROWN BOYS FRAMING LTD. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and renovating residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare building layouts and ensure compliance with building codes
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials for construction projects
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, and hardware
  • Survey building locations and levels
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices
  • Maintain and repair residential and commercial structures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the trade
