About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Information Management (CIM) team as an Early Careers Intern. In this role, you will work closely with expert information and legal professionals to review and analyze client contracts, ensuring compliance and supporting the launch of new benchmarking tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review client contracts to identify standard confidentiality provisions and escalate non-standard cases.
  • Collaborate with client leaders and finance teams to gather current contract information.
  • Document and track the status of reviewed contracts, ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
  • Assist the CIM team in collecting Human Capital benefit details, covering group benefits, wealth accumulation programs, and other programs/perks related to attracting and retaining talent.
What You'll Gain

This fall position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on contract review and information management experience in a corporate environment. You will learn about Aon's Human Capital business and the importance of benchmarking and prevalence of group benefits, wealth, and talent programs. You will also develop strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of contract language and legal documents.
  • Ability to connect with client leaders and finance teams to gather information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.).
