Primaris REIT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shopping centre in Guelph, ON.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Prepare and oversee the operating budget and accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of rent from tenants.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short, mid, and long-term strategies to enhance the net operating income stream of the property.

Requirements:
