- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure development.
- Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as P.Eng. or EIT.
- Language: Fluency in French and English.
- Work Environment: Hybrid work arrangement, with regular site visits required.
