Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Montana's. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality standards, and that our service is prompt and courteous.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food order summaries for our chef, and ensure that all food is prepared to our high standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, and establish work schedules to ensure that our team is working efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of our food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
