YOUR ROLE

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager specializing in e-Invoicing and e-Reporting to join our team. The Product Manager will help with strategic planning, development, and implementation of e-Invoicing and e-Reporting solutions, ensuring compliance with international regulations and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

  • Lead efforts to enhance our current e-Invoicing solutions, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and process improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with international e-Invoicing and e-Reporting regulations, particularly in complex regions.
  • Ensure that our e-Invoicing processes comply with all relevant local and international regulations, reducing risk and avoiding penalties.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, PS, Sales, and IT teams to integrate regulatory changes into our systems and processes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Proven track record of managing complex product initiatives across multiple regions, particularly in countries with stringent regulatory requirements like Brazil, India, Italy, and Mexico.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Technical proficiency in e-Invoicing systems and the ability to work closely with IT teams on system integration and automation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
