Position Overview

As a Supply Chain Specialist at PAPYRUS PAPER PLUS TRADING INC., you will play a crucial role in optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

  • Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
  • Procure general and specialized equipment, materials, and services.
  • Evaluate the needs of the organization to create specifications for required purchases.
  • Develop detailed specifications for the procurement of equipment and supplies.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Engage with suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of team members.
  • Establish and manage delivery timelines to meet operational needs.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to address and resolve any issues.
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics operations of the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Experience Requirements

Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, and contract management.
