About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Production Manager to join our team at Graceland Creative Film Corp. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Supervision
    • Co-ordinate the work of camera operators and other technical staff to ensure smooth production.
    • Supervise staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Management
    • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that all projects are completed on time.
    • Co-ordinate and monitor budget and departmental resources to ensure that all projects are completed within budget.
  • Client Relations
    • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees
    • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster and provide them with support and training.
  • Support for Indigenous People
    • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Support for Visible Minorities
    • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Employment Details

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
