Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Operations Coordinator to join our team at Spawts Studio Inc. As a key member of our studio operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing accounts receivable, and overseeing shipping and receiving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management
  • Unpacking and cataloging new orders
  • General accounting and financial management
  • Customer service and sales support
  • Operating a laser engraver
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data entry and administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
