Program Administrative Support Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent information management and administrative skills to join our team as a Program Administrative Support Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the flow of information, track documents, and maintain accurate records using online applications.
  • Gather and verify information, and liaise with appropriate contacts to obtain clarification or share information.
  • Establish and maintain a filing system.
  • Prepare a variety of correspondence, including letters, memos, reports, charts, graphs, and standing orders.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in information management and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and electronic mail, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Please note that this position works on a rotating schedule of weekday shifts, late afternoon shifts, and weekend shifts.
