Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Personal Support Worker to join our team at The Grand Canal Retirement Residence. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Or equivalent experience.
