Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC. as a key member of our construction crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy, dusty, and hot environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with equipment and machinery such as reciprocating saws, circular saws, and grouting machines
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
