Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced crew members.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Participate in routine maintenance work and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with equipment such as reciprocating saws, circular saws, and grouting machines.
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Work Environment

Our construction sites are located at various locations, and the work environment can be physically demanding. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
