CompensationThe compensation for this role ranges from CAD $41.42 per hour to CAD $55.91 per hour.
Position Overview- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient care.
- Engage in discharge planning and advocate for clients.
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion and wellness strategies.
- Enhance the quality of life for patients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
- Commit to advancing personal clinical skills and knowledge.
- Participate in hospital committees and contribute to research initiatives.
Relocation support may be available, and nurses could qualify for student loan forgiveness programs.
