Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Digital Strategy to enhance the belairdirect brand and expand market share throughout Canada. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the strategic planning and implementation of all marketing and digital initiatives, driving company growth by boosting brand visibility, refining marketing strategies, and increasing sales through both digital and traditional marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing performance-driven marketing strategies throughout the customer journey, executing ROI-focused programs, and leading a growth-oriented team. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence in Canada and driving growth through digital platforms.

You possess a unique talent for simplifying complex marketing strategies and articulating a clear vision for your team. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work effectively across various departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives to prioritize customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the belairdirect brand vision. Collaborate with team members, peers, and partners to define and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the belairdirect brand, aimed at capturing the attention of Canadians and driving engagement and loyalty.
  • Lead revenue marketing strategy in Canada and synchronize all cross-functional efforts with the overarching marketing strategy to drive revenue growth. Integrate strategy, technology, and impactful creativity to achieve scalable growth.
  • Oversee all customer acquisition channels and collaborate effectively with the extended marketing team and cross-functional partners in Sales, Relationship Management, and Centers of Excellence to develop and execute the revenue growth strategy.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the Canadian marketing landscape, define marketing strategies, and supervise the execution of campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop world-class marketing initiatives that enhance lead generation and brand visibility. Manage the systems and reporting necessary to scale and accurately attribute partner contributions and program ROI.
  • Lead internal collaboration. Influence and collaborate across the organization and with other members of the Marketing team to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand strategy across the company, where each brand within the Intact Financial Corporation portfolio communicates with a distinct and compelling voice.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization. Build authentic and lasting relationships with peers, internal partners, and executives. Communicate the strategic roadmap and potential impacts of brand decisions or initiatives on other teams, working collaboratively to enhance overall performance.

  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles overseeing marketing and digital strategies with large teams.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through marketing initiatives, particularly in digital solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to lead and motivate teams.

  • Experience employing data-driven methodologies to formulate strategies for customer acquisition and engagement through partner channels.
