About the Role

The Silver Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for the production of menu items and participating in all cooking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes
  • Assist with organizing daily kitchen tasks and ensuring quality control
  • Manage kitchen equipment and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist in training new staff and reporting any issues to the Chef or Sous Chef
  • Cooperate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of kitchen experience in a similar role
  • Culinary program completion preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Detail-oriented with good organization and time management skills
  • Availability for flexible work hours and willingness to work varying shifts
  • Food Safe Certification

Working Conditions

Salary Range

$19.09 / hour
