Lok Awaaz Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including payroll taxes and other financial obligations.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 33 to 40 hours per week.
