Your Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone with exceptional skills and experience to step into the role of Patient Services Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our patients. Your responsibilities will include managing the retail and repair of eyewear products and ensuring follow-up care.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 30-40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcoming patients as they arrive at our clinic
  • Managing patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Communicating with patients in person, via phone, and through email
  • Handling billing for patients, their medical service providers, and other third parties
  • Administering pre-testing services
  • Coordinating appointment scheduling, prescription printouts, and billing
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service through your interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail setting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using technology and proficient in MS Office Suite
  • A professional demeanor with a passion for engaging with people
