About the Role

PCL Constructors Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at our North American Headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta. As a key member of our Business Technology group's EIS team, you will play a critical role in enabling measurable and material business outcomes using data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain production reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Acquire and integrate data from various structured and unstructured sources
  • Develop and maintain business data models to support self-service BI and analytics
  • Design and develop ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and support teams to ensure business requirements are met
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science or equivalent education
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data management, and data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and relational database design and implementation techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and data-analysis skills
