About the Role

SE Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Taylor View Towers in Red Deer. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing patient management through all stages of assessment, treatment, consultation, and follow-up services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans using a variety of techniques and modalities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to provide care within AHS care guidelines
  • Delegate treatment to therapy assistants as needed
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
  • Member in good standing of the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute or long-term care rehabilitation programs
  • Active registration and practice permit from the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
