Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that every interaction is exceptional and memorable.
The Day to Day:
- You will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a smile and ensuring that they feel welcome and comfortable.
- You will be responsible for escorting guests to their tables, ensuring that they are seated promptly and efficiently.
- You will be responsible for taking reservations, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the front entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas, ensuring that they are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- You will be responsible for being knowledgeable about our menu, wine list, and daily specials, and for being able to answer any questions that guests may have.
- You will be responsible for working closely with our servers, bartenders, and managers to ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Full availability
