As an Overnight Residential Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within a small group living environment or individual housing arrangement. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with the individuals we support, their families, friends, employers, and other team members to enhance their lives by fostering independence and improving overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications in accordance with the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
- Execute treatment plans effectively
- Support individuals with daily living activities

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury is strongly preferred.
- Strong time management and written communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a current, valid US driver's license for a minimum of one year.
- Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certification within 150 days of employment.
- Must successfully pass a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, and driving record check.
Driving Requirements: Drivers License check required; vehicle access preferred.
