Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing accurate and timely information to management.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is delivered to the correct location.
- 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
