We are a reputable and well-established barbershop and hairstyling salon, dedicated to providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch haircuts, styling, and grooming services that exceed our customers' expectations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hair care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and Style Hair: Provide high-quality haircuts, trims, and styling services to clients, taking into account their preferences and physical features.
  • Hairstyling and Grooming: Offer a range of hairstyling and grooming services, including waving, straightening, tinting, and scalp conditioning massages.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and advice.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other stylists and barbers to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Adhere to Safety and Security Protocols: Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a secure and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a valid Barber Licence.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, reliability, and team player.
