About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Big Wings Moose Jaw. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Restock refrigerators, salad bars, and other storage areas to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Operate manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. You must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout your shift.

We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
