Job Title: Kitchen Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at WOK BOX MOOSEJAW. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Support the serving team by replenishing condiments and supplies, and assisting with food presentation.
  • Participate in food safety and handling procedures, including proper storage and disposal of food waste.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and handling procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
