At Italian Centre Shop, we are seeking a skilled Produce Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have access to fresh, high-quality produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotating produce in cooler and on floor regularly
  • Working in coolers by putting produce away
  • Stocking shelves and bins
  • Cleaning and packaging produce for displays
  • Assisting customers locate items when required
  • Keeping work area clean and free of debris
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of produce
  • Mark incoming produce with receiving dates
  • Suggestion selling

Requirements:

  • High School or GED from an accredited school system or program is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year experience in a customer-focused role
