Role Overview
As a Currency Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for articulating and managing the long-term vision and strategy for Enterprise Currency while effectively overseeing IT partner relationships. Your role will also involve the creation of reports, development of CIO dashboards, and facilitating communication across technology regarding currency posture, performance, and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the communication, tracking, and monitoring of internal and external EOL/EOS audit findings.
- Collaborate with the team to formulate the roadmap and evolution of currency, end-of-life, and end-of-support strategies, including tools, technology, and training.
- Provide guidance and support on currency issues to CIO delegates throughout the organization.
- Align business and IT efforts towards a unified vision and objectives.
- Continuously innovate new capabilities in line with industry trends while identifying cost efficiencies.
- Ensure functional knowledge is preserved through a collaborative and agile work environment.
- Prioritize and govern the currency portfolio effectively.
- Oversee responsibilities across all Technology delivery units on a global scale.
- Align stakeholders on the currency strategy and delivery roadmap, ensuring effective communication and engagement with additional stakeholders as necessary.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, architecture, operations, development teams, shared services, finance, control functions, relevant executives, and external vendors.
- Engage regularly with platform and development teams, as well as other business and technology stakeholders.
- Review delivery metrics and propose strategies to enhance performance and customer/end-user value.
- Maintain current awareness of regulatory, competitive, and industry landscapes to adapt product strategy accordingly.
- Aggregate key risk indicators (KRI) metrics and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of risk management and control.
- Identify and manage issues and themes that span multiple geographic regions and/or product groups, overseeing the resolution of currency-related matters.
- Ensure consistent practices across platforms and appropriate dissemination of communications.
- Provide strategic advisory on prioritization.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Windows, Office, and Unix mainframe environments.
- Strong knowledge and experience in IT currency management.
