Job Title: Currency Analyst - IT Specialist

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Currency Analyst - IT Specialist to support and communicate the Enterprise Currency long term vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will effectively manage IT partner relationships, create reports, and communicate across technology regarding currency posture, performance, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the communication, tracking, and monitoring of internal & external EOL/EOS audit findings
  • Works with the team to develop the roadmap and evolution of currency, end of life, end of support approach inclusive of tools, technology, and training
  • Provides guidance and support of currency issues to CIO delegates across the client
  • Aligns both business and IT work towards a shared vision and objectives
  • Continuously innovates new capabilities in line with industry trends and identifies cost efficiencies
  • Ensures functional knowledge is retained through a collaborative and agile work environment
  • Prioritizes and governs the currency portfolio
  • Responsible for the global scope of all Technology delivery units
  • Ensures alignment of stakeholders on the currency strategy and delivery roadmap, communicating with, and actively engaging additional stakeholders when required
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders including business, architecture, operations, development teams, shared services, finance, control functions, relevant business executives, and external vendors
  • Communicates regularly with Platform, development teams, and other business and technology stakeholders
  • Reviews delivery metrics and recommends strategies to improve performance and customer/end user value
  • Maintains up-to-date awareness of regulatory, competitive, and industry landscape to pivot product strategy
  • Aggregates key risk indicators (KRI) metrics and shares with relevant stakeholders
  • Supports a culture of risk management and control
  • Identifies and manages issues and themes that cross multiple geographic regions and/or product groups and oversees the resolution of currency
  • Ensures consistent practices across platforms and ensures communications are disseminated appropriately
  • Provides strategic advisory on prioritization

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience
  • Experience in ServiceNow, Windows, and Office unix mainframe
  • Knowledge and experience in IT currency
