We are seeking a full-time Associate Educator for a one-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. Responsibilities:

  • Provide coverage for teachers from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 7, including specialist subjects such as French, Art, PE, and Music as required.
  • Collaborate with classroom educators in areas such as curriculum design, differentiated instruction, and assessment.
  • Deliver personalized instruction and learning support tailored to individual students.
  • Supervise students during non-instructional periods.
  • Participate in co-curricular activities and clubs each term, including choir, debating, cooking, public speaking, coding, and musical theater.
  • Engage in field trips, outdoor education, service projects, leadership development, and athletics.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • B.C. Ministry of Education Certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
