Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to improve sales performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective relationship-building and account management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history.
  • Knowledge of construction industry, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Meeting/exceeding sales goals as an individual contributor.
  • Building a territory and growing market share.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
