About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Papa John's Pizza Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation and service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Team Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train, or equivalent experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast food outlet or concession.
