Automotive Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our dealership team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Oversee dealership operations, including inventory management, customer service, and fixed operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve profitability
- Manage and develop talent within the dealership, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of sales and leadership success
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
