Position Overview
The Product Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the processes that ensure the effective movement of products throughout their lifecycle. This position involves mentoring Customer Experience Representatives (CERs) to optimize the transition of products from delivery to display. The manager will also lead visual merchandising efforts, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers, whether they require assistance or not. Additionally, this role is pivotal in responding to sales trends and customer preferences to maximize product profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Duties:
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and enhance the efficiency of product flow operations.
- Manage the direct-to-floor (D2F) process and visual operations, adapting to sales performance and ensuring optimal product availability.
- Coordinate markdowns, promotional setups, and inventory turnover.
- Implement changeover plans and conduct visual assessments.
- Maintain effective visual displays, signage, and product presentation.
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their needs are prioritized in decision-making.
- Champion technological solutions that enhance customer interactions.
- Anticipate customer expectations and proactively address their needs.
- Guide and mentor CERs to ensure operational excellence and effective product management.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a well-organized sales floor.
- Prioritize the health and safety of both employees and customers.
Team Development:
- Participate in recruitment and training efforts to build a strong team.
- Provide constructive feedback on team performance to support talent development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop flexible, timely solutions.

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or operations.

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
- Physical capability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds using appropriate safety techniques.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions in specific regions.
