**Job Summary**
Tegel Foods Ltd is seeking a seasoned finance leader to drive significant impact in a dynamic organization. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for implementing the company's financial strategy, ensuring robust internal controls, and championing process improvements across the entire business.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to execute financial strategies and maintain a strong internal control environment.
* Oversee and guide the finance and accounting teams, ensuring excellence in all financial operations.
* Lead initiatives to improve Tegel's processes, leveraging new technologies to enhance reporting systems and controls.
* Implement effective risk management practices to protect the company's financial integrity.
**Requirements**
* Over 10 years of experience in financial accounting, systems, and reporting within complex environments or professional services.
* CA (or equivalent) with deep experience in tax and consolidation environments.
* Strong understanding of standard costing systems, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Power BI.
