Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as an In-House Counsel. As a key member of our management board, you will provide essential legal and corporate advice while ensuring our operations adhere to the highest legal standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing legal and corporate advice, including drafting internal documents, resolutions, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate the work of external law firms to ensure efficient and effective legal support.
- Collaborate closely with legal counsel from other companies within our international group.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth and expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, providing guidance and advice to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Expertise in corporate and commercial law with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in the life sciences or biotechnology sectors.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- A proactive, independent professional with strong organizational skills.
- Someone who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment and is eager to tackle new challenges.
