Job Title: National Account Manager

Christian Dior Perfumes is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our National Account Team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our direct-to-consumer brick and mortar launch and business evolution, as well as the development and account management of our wholesale-to-concession conversion retailer(s).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and seasonal promotional calendars to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales Planning, to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and providing recommendations to optimize results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and stakeholders, ensuring a luxury, omnichannel client experience.
  • Manage and negotiate returns, ensuring budgets are respected and maximizing viable TOA/tester allocations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of account management or direct-to-consumer planning experience in the luxury beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful account plans and strategies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Passion for relationship building and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What We Offer:

Christian Dior Perfumes offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
