Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Graphic Designer with a strong emphasis on packaging design and retail marketing. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for crafting visually engaging designs that elevate our brand identity and resonate with our target market. This position requires close collaboration with the marketing and product development teams to produce high-quality packaging and print materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and visually striking packaging that aligns with brand and sustainability standards, fulfills marketing goals, and integrates seamlessly into retail displays.
  • Design marketing collateral, including in-store signage, email newsletters, B2B outreach materials, and more.
  • Prepare precise artwork files for production, ensuring compliance with specifications.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies in packaging and print marketing.
  • Maintain organized records of design files and production specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging design.
  • Experience in retail or consumer marketing, particularly in creating print marketing materials and understanding print production processes.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design.
  • Creativity with a strong aesthetic sense and awareness of design trends.
  • Technical knowledge of printing techniques, packaging materials, and production processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on packaging and retail or consumer marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, SolidWorks).
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices in packaging design.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for packaging across various industries.
  • Experience in interior design, industrial design, and/or retail.
