Position: Maintenance Worker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Maintenance
  • Perform minor repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with contractors for larger projects
  • Maintain a roster of qualified contractors

  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of the building
  • Oversee setup and dismantling of spaces for events
  • Volunteer Coordination

  • Serve as the primary contact for health and safety issues
  • Implement corrective measures as needed
  • Administrative Duties

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Education, Qualifications, and Certifications:

  • Completion of Secondary School or Equivalent
  • Experience in facility operations and maintenance
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficient in Office365 applications

Experience and Skills Required:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations
  • Ability to pass background checks
