Job Summary

Bell is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including inventory management and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
