Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and modifying plumbing and heating systems in various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and modify plumbing and heating systems in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing and heating equipment.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other trades and professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive records of work performed and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in plumbing and heating systems installation, maintenance, and modification.
  • Proven experience in working with various types of plumbing and heating equipment.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Province of Manitoba or Interprovincial qualifications as a Journeyman Plumber or Fitter/Steamfitter.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels. The position requires heavy lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
