Job Title: Plumber and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumber and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Keir Plumbing & Heating Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various locations.

Work Environment

Our work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring you to work in confined spaces, wet/damp conditions, and various locations, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Backflow Prevention Certification.
  • Plumber Trade Certification.
  • Plumber Red Seal Certificate.
  • Gas Fitter Red Seal Certificate.
