Job Title: Full Time Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Supervisor to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Full Time Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of Sales Associates, and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-maintained, with a focus on customer experience
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

  • Leadership and/or management experience in a retail environment
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
